Artist's Comments
After I finished painting a bunch of mouths for school today I decided to make this one for myself with a leftover piece support.
Actual size: 15" x about 28" (don't know exact height) Media: Gouache on Illustration Board. Just for fun. The real image is much more striking than this poor photograph. I mucked around with contrast and saturation to make it look almost kinda close to the real piece, but it's still a bit dull in comparison to the work [which now hangs comfortably in my room]. First leisure painting I've done in, oh, ever? |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
